I was sick and tired of being labeled with ""IBS every time I went to the doctor! I've suffered from chronic diarrhea and constipation for years, going back and forth between the two. I've also had recurrent abdominal pain in my left side, underneath my rib for years and have even had my gallbladder removed, thinking gallstones was the reason for my discomfort. I've had colonoscopys, an endoscopy and x-rays. I've been extremely frustrated with hearing that my bowel was impacted, that I had gas and have ""IBS"" over and over from a multitude of doctors. If you're looking for an Eastern NC location, this is the place! I live in Wilson, NC, and it's well worth the drive. The procedure only takes an hour, is painless and inexpensive. In fact, I could have saved myself a lot of money on co-pays if I had started here in the first place.
