After receiving the diagnosis of Adhesive Shoulder Capsulitis (a.k.a. “Frozen Shoulder Syndrome”) I began assembling my medical team and worked with them to create a treatment plan, which included an intense PT regimen (3 – 4 times weekly) in an effort to prevent surgery if it was at all possible. I was introduced to Global Pain & Spine Clinic in April of 2012, when my physical therapist (Tony Lanzillotti MS, PT) started working there.
