I have been a member at Agoge for over a year now and cannot stress enough how amazing it is. The trainers are all wonderful, the other members are like my family, and I can now do so many things I never dreamed I'd ever be able to do.\r

My husband was my inspiration to join. I had seen how it was transforming him - he lost weight, gained confidence, was becoming an athlete, and his health was improving by leaps and bounds. He asked me if I'd like to give it a try, and lo and behold, their fundamentals class was starting up, so I started that evening. I was quickly hooked on it. I had had my second baby only 4 months prior and was very out of shape, never having been very active before. I was always tired and just couldn't seem to get up the motivation to do anything about my lack of fitness!\r

It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is, you will be able to do this. If you have prior injuries or other health conditions, they can find a way to modify the workouts to fit your needs. There are so many things I couldn't do before that I can do now. I love this place so much! Just over a year ago, I couldn't do a single pull up, and the other day I did 10 in a row! 10!! I've never before done 10 pull ups in a row in my life!!! \r
