AVOID this company at all costs. I have wasted countless hours being on hold, being hung up on and not being called back by customer service. They are masters of creating red-tape and wasting time. Customer service is absolutely terrible and the ""network"" of doctors is a complete joke. Save time and money - AVOID Preferred Medical Plan.
