Dr. Awender, You need to be professional and treat your patients of all ages with respect. You also need to be a good business owner and take a long hard look at members of your staff (your secretary Chris). When a patient complains they are being treated poorly, you need to give more validity to their concern, as most people do not have time for drama in ther life much less go around making up stories just for fun. Your secretary is not a very nice person, and just because you have not seen it, or she is nice to some does not mean that is good enough if she is not nice to everyone. Your comment that she could say rude things to clients and that was OK with you because she has worked with you for 20 years is a statement you may want to consider?? I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my adult life!! Just thought you should know, even though you made it VERY clear you do not care.
