Have always had great service for over 8 years. Never had a problem with owner being rude. Has always been straight forward and reasonable with us and has done good work on several of our appliances. Barbara O's experience I m sure is the exception. He wouldn't still be around and still in high demand if he didn't do good work. We highly recommend him.
