David from Greenfield Garage Door Repair was out promptly and managed to fix our door with a minimum of fuss. He then spent another fifteen minutes going over with me some basic maintenance (lubing, etc.) so that we'd be less likely to run into problems in the future. Very nice and knowledgeable, I'd certainly use them again in the future.\r
