I just want to let you know how happy I am with the service you provided yesterday. I called AAA because I had a dead battery and they said you'd be out within 90 minutes. Imagine my surprise when your van arrived twenty minutes later! Matt, the gentleman who was here to help was not only polite and very nice but he took the time to explain each of the steps he was taking before replacing the battery. It was so nice to know that he actually making sure that it was the battery and not a bigger issue. I like the way your company does business - I'll remember that AND recommend you.
