These guys are the best! I am so glad I found them. One day my portable USB hard drive just quit responding and it was only about 1 1/2 years old. I tried it on 2 other computers with the same results, it would lock up the whole operating system. I even tried 2 different data recovery software. Nothing would work so I took it to these folks and in 3 days they had recovered my 500GB drive which was almost full of audio books. They were very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone! Hopefully I wont need their services again but if I do I will go back!
