Pitt, The technician from Pittsburgh Garage Door Repair started right to work and saw that one spring was broke and confirmed that I wanted both springs replaced. We talked for a couple of minutes while he was getting his tools and he started his work. Pitt was done in about 40 minutes, after replacing both springs and doing test on the garage door opener and adjusting the chain and lubing it. He checked everything out and was very helpful. Pitt was very thorough, cleaned up and took the old springs with him. The bill was exactly the same as quoted on the phone and Pitt took off the %15 discount for the coupon I had.
