Numerous times I have ask for Light ice in my drinks, it has been printed on the ticket every time, yet I still get almost a full cup of ice! I know it's childish to complain about ice, but I honestly love everything else, the fountain servers just need to read the tickets better. Sensitive teeth in Ada!
