Nasty lady. It appears she doesnt even like people or dogs. I'm not sure why she is in this business. Nothing POSITIVE what so ever. She tells you to go against your veterinarians advice. She told someone to stop feeding a prescription diet that was vital for the dogs health. Also, she put a citronella collar on a dog and it was spraying in the poor things face the whole class. That is NOT a good trainer...or positive reinforcement. She doesn't offer refunds either. My dog and I were traumatized. You can find a good trainer who is more pleasant and doesn't belittle you.
