I am so sorry that you had a bad experience at Fast Foto & Digital. I do not remember our conversation, but I do remember that I was really sick that day and it was the second time in the 14 years that I went home early. I would like to make it up to you and feel horrible that you had a bad experience. Trust me when I say that it is NOT the way I run my business. Top quality photofinishing along with excellent customer service is my life and I would like to say I am very sorry. I am human and would love to earn a second chance.\r
