I just moved to Chehalis,wa not too long ago, I needed the back of my hair cut/cleaned up.\r
I went into the shop, someone told me 'have a seat in my chair, I will be right there""\r
no Hello, How are you, just, have a seat.\r
after sitting down the hairdresser proceeded to put a cutting cape on me, without a sanex strip! (the paper that protects me from skin, blood..ect. from other clients) when I asked her if she had any, she said"" we have them, we just don't use them, would you like me to use one on you?""\r
I said ""um, yes, it's the law"" she didnt like that very much I guess, the rest of the cut was complete silence.\r
we had no consoltation before she gave me my shampoo. \r
Lucky for her, I have been a hairdresser for over 21 years! so I know how I want it cut.\r
By the way, this girl is the MANAGER! never going back.\r
she needs to at the least lose her title, if not her job.
