Everything was fine with my experience at FCC Collision Centers. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I thought that the service overall was very good. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, when I did go to pick up my car, the technician had forgotten to replace a piece of the car on the bumper. They had to keep my car for another day to fix it. They offered to pay for the gas for my rental since I had to keep it another day. They did fix it and everything turned out really good. I would use them again.\r
