This was the worst experience with an insurance company and/or agent we have ever had. No customer service, no call backs, and mistakes that costs us hundreds of dollars in premiums and other fees! We called and called and either left voice mails or spoke with his assistant (and left messages with him) who either cannot pass messages or make the changes we requested or the agent himself cannot return a call or make the changes we requested. Now that we have cancelled it, we are still being charged! All of this and we only had this agent and insurance for 5 months! Definitely would not recommend this agent to anyone!\r
