We came to Zumbrota Ford on the recommendation of a family member due to an accident in which our car was a total loss. We found a car on the internet that we thought would fit our budget and our family so we set up a visit. Todd greeted us right away by helping us find a place to park as they are under renovations to make the facility a better experience but once inside you quickly realize it's the people and not the building that makes a dealership tick. Todd got our information and got Matt involved in the financing aspect of the sale while we took the car for a test drive once we got back and had a tour of the building we met with Matt to go over the numbers and all we can say is WOW as Matt was able to come in under budget and put us in our 2010 Taurus. \r

Todd and Matt and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home, the atmosphere at the dealership is light and fun-filled with the salespeople laughing and having a good time at a place they clearly like like to be at.
