I enjoy this restaurant and their food and have been going here for quite some time. I am sure I have spent $3000+ at this restaurant over the years. But I recently went in with a gift card, and still had $60 left on the gift card. But I ended up leaving the restaurant without the gift card. I called them back shortly thereafter, but they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. And essentially told me to screw off. This is VERY poor customer service. I will NOT be going back!!!
