I thought the professionalism of Chem-Dry of Seattle was really quite good, but after everything dried, I wasn't too pleased with the results. I don't know if the results could have been better, because we have a sofa from the 50s. When the man was cleaning it, he said it would come out light-colored and sparkling. Once it dried, though, it was the same color. I am pleased he got the mildew out.
