When getting a small service but paying $75-100 per hour I asked if fluids and tire pressure/air is filled and checked and was not given a proper answer. For $18 in parts and $150 in labor, having those small things done/filled/checked would at least seem more worth the labor cost. It would also add that extra "nice" which would make it worth coming back for. If your car was also just sprayed off in the winter and the floor matts vaccummed up, simply services change the effect of high cost labor.
