The mechanics at Marty Franich Ford checked my battery, due to a recall/check of batteries in 2013 Ford C Maxes that may fail to go into sleep mode after the engine is turned off. This may cause the battery to be DEAD when one tries to start the car in the morning or after a few hours. The mechanic found no problem with my battery, but one week later, it went dead again. ( I had had problems with my battery being dead, now the fourth time!) The sales personnel were very concerned and advised me to bring my car in again. This time, they replaced my battery with a new one. I'm crossing my fingers that this will solve the problem!
