If you have kids avoid taking a second floor! They have no tolerance for "noises" which is absurd to expect the kids not to make (but adults can be as noisy as they want during weekends - loud music from cars with no problem). Maintenance crew is nice but management can care less, no costumer service skills. Not as family friendly as I thought when I moved in. if you have a problem, it will be solved their way and not to your satisfaction.
