My family woke on Saturday the 28th to water dripping from the bottom of our water heater. We called Roto Rooter and were slotted into the afternoon appointments for that day. We had some delays at prior clients, but we were always kept informed with time frames and assurances that it would be done today. Matt Thomas arrived at 8pm and worked until 10:30pm to get us up and running. Now we are again with heated water, and much appreciation to Matt and Roto Rooter for all their professional help and excellent customer service! Definitely return customers!!!
