No hassles on the trade in, and we made sure that the Honda Element we were purchasing was in stock. The negotiation was smooth during the purchase, and they were even generous enough to throw in a protection package and all-weather floor mats on the spot. They cleaned the car inside & out while we finished up the financing paperwork. They have a very large selection of vehicles in Cook County, and have a very nice facility indoor with the TV & Concession stands. It's always a nice feeling when you feel like you get a good deal on a purchase. My overall experience was very positive at Mcgrath Honda.
