I was at the gainesville place for an oil change and told it will take about and hour and to gibe information phone number to be called. I informed Than I will just wait in the office and replay place your phone number any way, one hour and half later I aproched a person which I though it looked like the one I toock my order, but this person did not remember any thing, latter I found out thatn this person works in the back and not in front (whay is this person doing in the front counter if he is not supposed to be there?
An other counter person offer to help me, to whom I asked for the status of my car and i been waiting for over one and a half hours, replay was than I have been called, my replay was than it must not have been very good effort since I was in the waiting area. replay from the counter person was than I been called at home and no body answered.
Well the situation was taken care off but with some soert of frustruation for the poor communication.
