I think iStorage Desert Hot Springs is the best in the area, but I like the people who managed it before better. With the change in management sometimes they're really on the ball and very helpful, but other times I have run into someone who gives me a "this is the way it is and there is no other way" attitude. I've been storing with them at least four years, and I have two units.
When the wind blows, dirt gets blown in front of, and into one my units. I asked one fellow about five times, and it wasn't until I went to talk with someone else that the area finally got swept up. I used to feel more secure with the previous owners, but the other options in the area are worse. I like the way their gate works.
