Just returned from Picture People. This was a HORRIBLE experience. These people have no clue what they are doing. When we finished having our pictures taken, and made our selections, they told us twenty minutes tops and we would have our pictures. One and a half hours later we left with NOTHING. First, the manager, who was the one dealing with us said she put our pictures in the printer and left for the day. She never did a thing. Then we were told that we were the only ones in the printer and would be done in 15 minutes. No biggie, we walked the kids around the mall to kill time. Came back to PP, were told again that it would be a little more that there were two pictures to go. Again no biggie. More time passes, we are again told that our pictures were never put in the printer. We would have to wait longer......several more lies.....Finally told a THIRD time, they never put our pictures in. At this point it is total BS. \r

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Not my worst enemy. Total POS business!!!!\r
