TERRIBLE - they picked up my car - knew I wanted it taken to the dealership - they literally dump my car in the back of the parking lot and never let the dealership know my car was there. My car went missing for 7 hours - hence the dealership never started working on my car. I learned my lesson in paying them upfront versus through the dealership.
