Normally good service and decent enough service staff, but today was horrible. After spending a large chunk of money on a repair I picked up my car to find out someone smashed the inside of the door. The door required a small bit of care anyways to close, the car is 15 years old, but they were told and I would assume they would take care not to damage a customer's car. Well, not so much. The door looked like someone beat it with a baseball bat. I will say one of the service techs did kinda fix the door, but the alarm doesn't work the same and the lock sticks. Two problems I now have that I didn't previous to the repair. The manager said two words and never really apologized for the problem or for me having to wait another hour, that after two days of a repair. I wasn't looking for a new door I was looking to get a repair and be on my way. Now I get the repair and I am in the market for a new door. Just ridiculous. NW Jeep used to be on short list of places to go if I needed service, but after being treated like this today I would say go somewhere else. What is the point of being treated in such a manner? Don't go to a place where they tolerate a member of staff who is unwilling respect a customer's car. Ridiculous.\r
