Had a new system installed into our recently purchased house. Daniel stayed all day working on it and taught us as he went. He problem solved for us and made suggestions on how to make our systems function seamlessly. Very knowledgable and courteous. We were extremely pleased with his service and even though the universal remote isn't yet perfect for our new cable box (everything else runs perfectly with it), they have promised to trouble shoot and come back to us with a solution ASAP. Again, very happy with our new equipment and the ease of the install.
