I signed a contract with H.O.W. tree trimming. For $1,200 to trim a tree at my home. To be paid $100. Per month. I paid the first payment at the time we made the contract. One month later they came and cut one branch of the tree and promises to come back in 2 weeks to finish the job and take all the trash. They never showed up so I call them. They promised to come back on the 16 of this month. Have not heard from them. I call and left massages no respond. Can I taken them to court and forced them to finish?
