We were recommended to FLASHFIXERS by a local computer technician when we lost all of the pictures and videos on our computer. I brought my computer to them, so that was convenient. The gentleman was able to retrieve our pictures and videos and restore our computer to a working state. He was able to communicate everything that would happen and how long the process would take. After everything was restored, he gave me advice as to what to do in the future to keep it from happening again.
