Dropped car off for a timing belt replacement. Picked up car with now a whine. Thoght it was maybe just me. Another reputable mechanic states timing belt too tight. Callled dealership to set up a fix it for their "repair". Poor customer service to resolve complaint. Phoned Manager of dealership after unsatisfied with service manager's response. NO return phone call. Now scheduled to bring in the car again, but have little faith in the outcome. more
