We really appreciate all the information Dennis provided as we were choosing flooring for 2 areas. He not only helped us choose what would work best, but gave good insight into all options in case we had other considerations (potential water, wear, warranties, how the grout works, what it's made of - the list goes on). For our other area that was more on a budget, after listening to what we were trying to do, he just gave such good insight into what we should steer away from and what might be best for the specific need.
