Stay away from this place! I took my ultrabook there to fix a scratched LCD screen and ended up having more and more problems! The guy is not professional at all and assumes no responsibility for what he does.\r
1) estimate: the estimate he gave me was promptly increased when I left the ultrabook there to fix. He said he looked the wrong item when doing the estimate and that was the new price: take it or leave. As I needed it fixed fast, I agreed to pay more (wish I didn't) \r
2) he damaged the LCD frame: instead of using the proper tool and heating the frame to unglue it before removing, he forced it out and damaged the whole thing. According to him: ""this is a sticker and a new one will come with the new LCD, don't worry"" (it does not!!!!)\r
3) never ending promises: every day you call him you'll hear either ""the new LCD will arrive tomorrow"" or ""I'll call John and ask if it arrived"". But it never arrives. And John (if there is one) can never be contacted. \r
4) Never calls back: every time he'd contact John or call back in 5 minutes, he'd never call. It it did not happen just a couple of times, but for a whole month!\r
In the end, I took my computer back with the damaged frame and am waiting for him to call me back (for a month).\r
Meanwhile I took the ultrabook to another location and just the frame will cost me 60 bucks.\r
So, follow my advice: pay a bit more and go somewhere else, if you really need something fixed. I'm not the only one complaining about he damaging other things instead of fixing the one that should be fixed, take a look at other reviews here.
