On Dec 15th, I placed an order. I didn't meet the the delivery minimum so I decided to pick it up. I got the confirmation email saying it was in the works. It was actually 8mi away instead of the estimated 2mi but I decided to pick it up anyway since I had already ordered. When I got there, there was no history of my food. The receptionist confirmed my order, but never put it in. I was told it would only be a few minutes. I waited 10min and sent my boyfriend in to it. He didn't come back for 8min, I decided to see what was going on. He told me that my order never went thru to the kitchen and he waited another 5min for it to be cooked. I will never be ordering from you again
