I go to Jaremko because I have a Saab & dealerships are few & far between. They had always been good to me for oil changes and basic things, but had difficulties diagnosing problems multiple times over the years and the latest time has ended my relationship with the dealership. I had the car towed, and it miraculously started for them (which is frustrating but not their fault). They had it for 3 days, "did nothing, it seems fine", and then charged me $65. Loyalty should be rewarded, especially when the problem couldn't be solved. The good news is I've discovered Swedish Motors, and wish I would've known about it sooner. more
