Ordered a stove/oven controller on Dec 5 2013. Nothing heard by 18 Dec so I chatted with ""Jason"". Basically it was ""Oops"" sorry bout that we'll send it right away. Note the date 18 Dec and xmas with no stove/oven now is our reality. Second person ""greg"" I chatted with (because there is no customer service or even a phone number to call) said essentially the same thing ""Oops"" thanxs UAP
