Our cooling and heating system is over 11 years old so we like to keep things up to date. We always count on Desert Valley Aire to get it done. They are especially considerate and always ask us very detailed questions so they can address anything that comes up. They asked us which rooms in the house are the least comfortable (the 2 front bedrooms for us) and they ask us if our house suffers from allergies, if we have to dust a lot, and if the humidity affects anyone in the summer. They are EXTREMELY thorough.\r
This last time they came, their tech Ryan was excellent! He took pictures on his cell phone to show us (which no one has ever done that) and went in full detail to explain everything, he even drew pictures so I could understand so I was able to tell them to my husband. I asked Ryan if he could please stop over after he got home from work and he didn’t even blink an eye and said “sure I’d be happy too” :) Ryan was awesome and I will request him for all our future service checks.\r
Give that boy a raise $$ and a hug from me. \r
