My wife had a " noise " in the car and called me. I had her follow me in my car as I drove her car to JMS .
Chuck said he would take a look, and by the way noticed we needed inspection and emissions test.
Left car and picked up later.
Was truly a drop in , no appointment and eager to be of service. When we picked up my wife's car, Chuck noticed mine also needed inspection and with 15 minutes until inspection lane closing, got me in and done. Hometown Service !!!
