My husband and I bought a car from them. When we were looking at the car Eric told me it had a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. Well it took about a week to actually be able to walk away with the car because Eric fired his mechanic for stealing the day we were there. We waited the week and when we went to pick up the car we noticed the check engine light was still on. He told us to drive it for a few months and if it was still on when inspection was up to bring it back and he would fix it....We called them throughout the year to let them know what was going on with the car. We told them the car still had the light. We scheduled to bring it in and ended up getting a ton of snow so we didn't make it. We couldn't slip it in to bring it back until now. Well now inspection is up and Eric wants to charge us to fix our vehicle when we were told he would fix it. He said it's completely on us because we drive it too much and don't put money into it. When we got the car it had dry rotted tires on it and the steering wheel shook really bad. We didn't ask them to replace that we did. We have made sure the regular stuff was done on it no matter what. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They will promise you the world and the stars above, but in the end they will steal your money and give you a POS car!
