Originally I had set this up with Eli who happened to be off on Monday when I came. Initially there was some confusion about warranty work and the location of the replacement radio unit which was under warranty. That was quickly sorted out and I left. The oil service (also covered) was completed along with the radio warranty work. When it was time to pick up the car the person thought I was to be charged for the oil change. After checking with the desk he realized that everything was covered. All of this was handled in a most courteous manner with only a slight hiccup. I left with everything taken of. The replacement unit seems to be working just fine.
