After repeated problems with the installation of door guards for my Highlander, I made my what was my fifth trip to the dealership to install the front door guards. I was told that the cost of the guards was nearly twice what I had been told when I first contacted the dealership. Knowing that I was angry with the increased cost, the parts person reviewed the issue, and chose to not charge me for the part and its install. This was unexpected, but very much appreciated.
PS - Since that visit, one of the rear door guards fell off, so I will unfortunately will be scheduling another visit.
