I ordered BBQ nachos with the chips on the side (I wanted everything exactly like it comes except for the chips) and the employee stated that she would put everything on the side to make it easier. I told her I didn't want it that way because it's too much of a hassle to have everything in a separate cup, I just want the chips on the side to avoid them getting soggy on my drive home. The food came ( in separate containers) and I stated that's not what I asked for. So the employee (right in front of me) took the cups and poured everything in front me in a carry out tray (no gloves/didn't wash her hands/even answered her cell phone). Handed it to me upside down with sauce dripping everywhere! So the older woman, tried to clean it up (after I complained about presentation) and after the first employee stated falsely, I was complaining about a shortage of meat. So the older woman said well you should've said that's how you wanted it the first time ( which I did ) and went on a rant about how I would still get the same amount of meat, which was not the issue. It's about presentation and good customer service. By the way, I never made a scene, and I even lowered my voice to avoid other customers hearing the issue and still received rude responses and horrible customer service and cold food. :(
