It is quick and easy for service , everyone is kind and friendly. The only problem I have is the staff either misunderstands my maintenance plan or I was defrauded at purchase of the plan. I purchased a 100k plan with service on 1 car and 125k plan on the other service is built into the payment until I reach that milage. Service advisors need to study the plans before stating you need to pay.
