I have no doubt that Home Fix does a great job as a contractor. I was pleased that they approached me for a free estimate on a roof. I do however disagree with some of their business practices. Everyone is not always readily available and sometimes people have opposite schedules. I explained to Will on the phone that my wife works an opposite schedule than I do and that the time that was agreed upon was still best. He repeatedly suggested how I should speak to my wife about a quote. At no point did I ask for his opinion or suggestion with respect to how I approach things in my own home. Way to lose business for what seems to be a company that has pleased a great number of people, Will.
