I didn't want to drive all the way down there without knowing if they could assist me. I called and talked with Meaghan in service and she said she would call me back with the answers. That call never happened and it was a little frustrating. I finally went down there and she was assigned as my service advisor. I ended up being at the dealership for 5 hours. When the car was finally ready, she informed me that there were complications and that's what took so long. It would've been nice to get the updates with what was going on instead of letting me stew on the length of waiting.
