Technician was very courteous, polite, worked hard. I was very impressed with technician. Very disappointed in the accounting department. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services, Inc.: We did experience a glitch on our handheld computing system, but however the customer was charged properly and received the discounted rates as per our service agreement. more
