I purchased my home from Vanderbuilt a year ago. To this day I am totally satisfied with their services. I had question after question, this was my first home purchase, and Charles Ragan was patient as he guided me through the process. I literally would call, ask a question and as soon as I hung up would think of something else. He always answered in a friendly and patient way. From the people in the reception area to the construction workers all were friendly and professional. I would and have recommended Vanderbuilt to my friends and co-workers.
