When I have problems with my computer i call Dave and Layne at Traveling Techs. They come to my home or office day time or evening. i do get frustrated with the computer and they teach me how to handle it. They are a great team. My latest problem was a virus and my hard drive was making a loud noise. Dave helped me get a device that woudl back up my documents and programs. I feel much better now about everyting I have on my computer. he also cleaned up the virus problem.
